I want to use Halo music in Youtube videos. I have read the game content usage rules but am still confused about several points. 1. Am I allowed to use any Halo music I want in a non-monetized video? 2. How are certain Youtubers able to use Halo music in a video but still have the video monetized? Thanks in advance!
