I’ve finally heard back from Ske7ch via twitter. 343i was unaware of the issues receiving promotional and purchased packs. He also stated that Monday when they are back in the office it will be investigated. Fingers crossed now.
Calling Xbox Support everyday for a week must of finally irritated the right person lol.
Let’s hope it actually gets sorted and not brushed off. Let’s just be thankful that it’s a small hiccup. After all we could be stuck with zero playability.

Same here my friend same here. Luckily FF15 is keeping me busy past few days. I’m so put off I don’t wanna even play halo at the moment.

Hab da war weiß aber nicht wie das sowas zustande kommt.
Ab und zu paasiert das, wenn ich ein Silber oder ein Gold REQ-PACK öffne = Startet Halo Guardians Neu.
WWas kann das sein und woran kann das liegen?
und wie könnte man das beheben, dass es in Zukunft garnicht bis weniger passiert.
