Ok so apparently mark VI armor can just upgrade itself and change physical appearance just like that, if that’s true then that comes across as lazy, un-creative, un-thoughtful story writing if there isnt a proper reason why is does this, did they just add into the story universe that i was just programmed to do that ann not give a logical enough explaination? I dont mean to sound like a whining baby its just if there isnt a proper reason why it does that it just dosnt seen like good story telling to me, i know this isnt about halo 4 but most people are on here and i want someone to explain to me, im not the one who is saying halo 4 is gonna suck yadda yadda yadda its very much the opposite because i cant wait for it, i just need to know the proper situation on this.

edit: ok every body i got it wrong i meant to say mark VII and this isnt about chiefs armor change for halo 4 and i just mentioned that im am looking forward to halo 4 so you guys know im not the type that is saying halo 4 will suck etc, again this isnt regarding chiefs armor change
Since when can Mark VI armor upgrade and change itself?
I believe it’s Mark VII armor that can do that. Either way, I believe the Chief is going to physically acquire new armor in the game.
They changed it because they felt like it so deal with it but I am pretty sure somebody will post something else because I don’t remember what they said.
Mk. VI armor cannot upgrade itself in any way, shape, or form.
However, mk. VII can make minor repairs and upgrades when the user is in cryo.

read the post properly, im assuming that you assumed i was talking about chiefs armor changing, if so then, no, this is about the mark VII sory in the halo universe in general.

ok that sounds more logical i seen people say it can upgrade its physical appearance when in cryo.

Supposedly it can make alterations to the physical appearance, but on a very limited scale. It’s not like the entire suit can change it’s appearance.
