Regarding Bans for Halo 3

I was recently banned on halo 3 matchmaking for a week. I wasn’t doing anything wrong or anything to deserve a ban. I tried contacting bungie but they are no longer there. It told me to go to bungie.net/ban. There it shows me a bunch of rules and regulations regarding bans. I did not do anything on that list. I cant contact bungie so i contacted xbox on their hotline. And they told me that they have nothing to do with it and that its only bungie that can address my issue. What do I do? I just dont understand how they can ban me from playing a game in which I’m a paying customer. I did nothing to deserve this and it makes no sense. And bungie no longer deals with any issues because i believe they are no longer in business. Someone please help me!!!

343 is who you need to contact now, but honestly I think deep down you know exactly what you did to get that ban.

And no, Bungie is still around but they passed the reigns off to 343 who now controls Halo.

Why have you posted this on the Reach board? Shouldn’t this be on the Halo 3 one?

matt, personally, only you know why you were banned, but to be honest with you. I barely pay attention to halo 3 bans, but like i said before, you got banned because you did something.

It was moved, thankfully.

Im new to this whole forum thing haha.

If I knew what I did I wouldn’t be making a deal of it over the internet. There were a couple games where It felt like the other team was getting hit but I can assure bungie or 343 for that matter that i had nothing to do with cheating. Im just a paying customer for xbox live and i want to get as much halo 3 play time in until halo 4. Plus my record is like 140xp out of 150 games. Like is it because i was doing really good that they had to ban me? I just about had 50xp in lone wolves alone and i was only level 18. It was BS!!
