So today I opened the 120,000 req point reach pack which I completely worked for and got the 120,000 req points, but when I opened it, I found disappointment. Why? Well that’s due to the fact that inside all I received was a stance, Jun’s helmet ONLY, and the certification for the brute plasma rifles which are an uncommon req. Not only that but I spent three days working for possibly armor AND a helmet from the noble team. But all I received was just a ultra rare helmet along with complete and utter disappointment. This lost my morale for playing the game anymore if whenever I open a 120,000 req point pack all I’m supposed to expect are items that don’t even work with each other like a helmet with no armor matching it. In which, I’d like for a possible retry with my 120,000 req point pack or just a new one in overall because this ruined my playing experience for Halo 5: Guardians. Please and thank you.
Sorry OP, but that’s the way these packs work. There are about 12 or so items and you have a chance at getting 3 of the items from that list and it could be any 3. There aren’t any refunds for RP purchases (or even currency purchases really). The items are already in the REQ system any way, you will likely have a better chance of getting them by purchasing Gold packs with your RP
