I mistakenly bought a $99.99 Gold Req Pack Bundle, and I contacted Microsoft Support to ask for a refund. They already gave me the refund, but the req packs are still in my account. There’s a total 47 Gold Packs, I haven’t touched them, haven’t opened a single pack since the incident. So I just wanna know when will they disappear.
I’m not sure when that will happen, but until then the best thing to do is to not touch any of the packs until the situation is completely resolved. This may also mean that if you accumulate any new Gold packs, don’t open those either, as you don’t want the system to think you opened one of the ones from the bundle.
I’m not even playing Halo 5 anymore (today) because of that 
Just give it some time. If they aren’t removed within 24-48 hours, your best bet would be to contact unyshek or someone from 343i on twitter.
(They don’t deal with refunds/purchases, as I said earlier, but they can help remove the packs that were obtained through the accidental purchase, seeing as you dealt with the refund issue on xbox support.)

343i doesn’t really look at threads, sadly. (Most of their interactions are done on twitter.)

I’ll have to create a twitter account to get this problem solved, since I don’t have one, and I wanna play Halo 5 without the fear of opening one of the Gold Req Packs I am not supposed to have.

Just curious, how did it go? I accidentally bought the helmet pack twice (got some weird error code in my browser when buying it, did not bother to check paypal and just clicked buy again, stupid me), and asked if they could revert this purchase. They did no questions asked, but still had the second pack, which I don’t want!

and looked for the support chat there, and a guy asked me what was the issue, I explained the problem, and he asked me to wait to see if I was able to get a refund, a couple of minutes later he said that he was able to do it, and I got the refund. Sorry I couldn’t use more fancy/correct words to express this, but I’m hispanic, sometimes I struggle with my english.
Is there any moderator/monitor that can tell me if someone in 343i can help me, 'cause I made a twitter account, and I can’t send a message to any of the 343i guys if they are not following me, and since 343i doesn’t pays attention to their own forums (-yoink- logic), I don’t know what else to do.
