How would I go about getting a full refund for my game? My gamestop will not issue a full refund for an open game. I’ve not been able to play multiplayer at all and that’d why I purchased this.

Everybody should definitely quit Halo forever since they couldn’t play for a day :-)!
You can get a full refund through Microsoft for the digital version if you -Yoink- enough. Maybe call them and give it a shot. My friend got $10 worth of points by calling and complaining.
Full Refund? Craigslist is the answer.
I dont know the number to call but typically you can call the game company who will have you send them your game. They will send you back an unopened one. You can return this. I have a thread open trying to find out how I return my digital download. Good luck to you.
