I bought the game in October digitally and played it on release day. I couldn’t even play it. I stop playing it and I hop on today and still cant get in to a match. My internet is fine by the way. I get 100mb/s and it wired. I dont want to pay for a game that still don’t work. I don’t want free content. I just want my $60 back. I contacted Xbox about this and they said contact you.

It is called Craiglist. Take your losses and recover what you can, then move on. Good luck. By the way, Halo 5 is looking awesome this early on (source - I have now played it). MCC is getting better and better and the added content and one month of free Xbox Live they are adding to our accounts for the hassles so far are more than adequate.
