I have Had Halo 5 for about 5 days and bought it through the on-line store. I have been able to tolerate the bugs up until today when I have people killing me from across the Map as soon as I spawn. This continued for over an hour. Also these req packs make the game pay to win as the weapons and gear are far over powered if a guy can kill me in a single shot but it takes me 4-5 hits to do the same.
I want to know how I can go about getting a refund on my purchase or at least store credit.
DevGood, the only way I think you can get a refund is by contacting Microsoft customer support.
Yeah I would give microsoft support a call. But also since it has been a five days it might have been to long of a wait.
No micro soft will send you here I’m trying to get a refund too because the game isn’t working for me and I got banned for no reason.
