Will 343 issue a refund for this game? I cant believe its the end of December and I still can’t play it. I didnt pay $60 to play it eventually; I paid $60 to play it until I got a new game for Christmas, which has not yet happened.

Xbox Live has been having issues these past couple of days so that might be why you had problems.

~20GB worth of updates, in-game “compensation”, and it’s still not working correctly for a lot of people
Why would 343 offer you a refund? You didn’t buy the game from them, you bought it from a retailer.

Because 343 has been telling the retailers to NOT allow refunds, at least in my case. Microsoft told me that the developer is holding all requests for refunds when I tried to refund my game.

This ^, I tried refunding multiple times and they wouldn’t let me
I got a full refund just last week. It was the digital version though. It was fairly simple through Xbox Chat support. 30 mins and a couple screen shots of the game not working (which was as simple as a picture of me in the Searching… Lobby) and I got a full refund to my credit account.
It seems strange that the digital refund which is strictly Microsoft is so easy, but physical copies are restricted to the brick and mortar store policies and SoL.
We’re still on this refund crap!?
