Refund Tip for Game Lag

Despite all of the problems and the inability to find a culprit or solution to the constant “rubber banding” and lag problems I have received full refunds on the cable payments since launch through TWC. Until a solution is found maybe this will help others to not only recoup funds lost but also to force half of the parties potentially at fault to move quicker to a solution. I was able to do so simply through the troubleshooting “chat” from the main website.

Progress? Is a fix in the queue? When can we expect this problem resolved?
