i haven’t even played in a week. no warnings, no prior bans, no prior problems. suddenly banned for several days.
i dont want your copy paste response either. don’t waste my time. unban or i’ll just refund the game.
side note for people reading this
they go pretty well out of their way to prevent you from contesting a ban. they absolutely do not care about the fans. tbh even this thread is in vain. i’m very certain no-one with the ability to lift a ban from matchmaking will ever see this post, and if they do, they wont care about me refunding.
I’m highly considering a refund as well for the inability to communicate with my teammates in-game. A massive part of playing Halo, competitive or otherwise, is being able to communicate with your team. I have posted to the forums, replied to others having the same issues, and also submitted a ticket with a canned response. T****hirteen dayslaterand still no fixes. It’s impossible to play in the competitive playlists without being able to be heard or to hear your teammates.

as i browse the forums i see no indication of actual human interaction in regards to support of any kind, ESPECIALLY involving bans. everything is push-button responses.
