Hello. I love Halo and I was super pumped when I heard all 4 games were coming to the One. I preordered the game and thus far it hasn’t delivered consistent gameplay for the multiplayer fan. I have a digital download copy and therefore I can’t trade in the game for something that isn’t prone with bugs. I’d like to request a return and refund of my hard earned cash. Can you grant this request?
