Refund of Req Points

Hello,

I’m not sure who I should contact regarding this but I would like assistance from someone. I just spent 100,000 req points on the Greatest Hits Customization Pack and all I received was 5 Legendary Arena XP Boosts. Is there anyway I can receive my Req points back and return the 5 Boosts? This is a completely unfair return on my purchase and I would have spent it differently if I had know this is all I would receive. Please help!

I’m sorry bud, but you can’t get those 100,000 REQ points back once you’ve spent them. You’ll just have to grind out Firefight with some RP boosts.

Same here!

I sold my entire collection of Warzone items (legendary items included) and Bonuses just to get those Halo 3 helmets missing from my collection - quite apart from the lack of a “sell everything” button cost me 1h of (wasted) time - as I realized that you could not acquire them using normal Gold packs.
I also played this early morning before leaving for work, as I thought that the limited pack could have been removed after the week-end, but the surprise made a bad start for this day -_-

The greatest hits pack guarantees 5 of the most popular customization items, Ultra Rare or better, if available. Otherwise, the pack grants you 5 single use REQs. Since it is a customization pack, the only single use REQs that can contribute to customization are Arena Boosts. If you’ve already unlocked your full req collection, this pack is not a good investment.

also, the pack does not include customization items obtained outside of the normal REQ pool (i.e. Achilles, HCS skins, Athlon Champion, Contender, Olive, Timmy, and pro team skins).
