343 doesn’t do the refunds if you got digital, it is through microsoft. If someone directed you here just try again some of the chat specialists on xbox.com aren’t the brightest some will refund you some will not, some will have no idea what halo is. But i’d just keep it if your a halo fan, the latest patch made it 100x better, and the next patch will even teams and then you know… #weback also if your looking for matches for fun try the pgl site! google it
