Refund for $60 Lag Simulator 2015?

Many of us are still unable to play our $60 lag simulators. There is no reason to keep that much money tied up in a product that was lied about and doesn’t work, However most retailers like Gamestop will not refund an item once they have been opened. If we do choose do get a refund (which we are entitled to depending on the consumer’s location) how do we get one? Of course maybe we wouldn’t need to seek a refund if 343 would JUST MAKE A STATEMENT. keep us updated! COMMUNICATE!

For some moronic reason, 343 has no support feature. you cant email, you cant call, you cant open a support ticket. Just this forum? Do they even really read this stuff? It seems like there is just one guy who responds to every 5000th post by saying “we are aware of the issue but are incompetent and cant help you good luck m8 lol thanks for your money you sucker we got you again GG.” This system is asinine.

Can you tell how salty I am? There is WHOLE lot of sodium among the Halo community right now.

Since Halo 5 is an American product, there is no consumer protection law that will ensure you get a refund for your purchase. Unless you can prove that Halo 5 is fraudulent or a scam in US court of law there is little you can do to get your money back. Since 343 didnt deal directly with the seller you purchased the game from they will offer you no assistance.

While I don’t agree with your view on the game, I did find this quite funny as it is 100% true.
