Many of us are still unable to play our $60 lag simulators. There is no reason to keep that much money tied up in a product that was lied about and doesn’t work, However most retailers like Gamestop will not refund an item once they have been opened. If we do choose do get a refund (which we are entitled to depending on the consumer’s location) how do we get one? Of course maybe we wouldn’t need to seek a refund if 343 would JUST MAKE A STATEMENT. keep us updated! COMMUNICATE!
For some moronic reason, 343 has no support feature. you cant email, you cant call, you cant open a support ticket. Just this forum? Do they even really read this stuff?
