Refund and Arena Req Packs

I accidentally purchased an Arena REQ pack. Unfortunately I accidentally hammered “a” twice believing I had earned the pack! I contacted Microsoft, and I have been given a refund.

My my problem now is my Halo account is showing I have 3 Arena packs. I have not paid for two of them, and I got a refund for one of them. I have not opened any of them because I have no intention of paying for them. For clarification, I have 3 arena packs that I have not paid for, and I do not want to pay for them!

I can’t find an answer to this anywhere. My 4yo son managed to purchase the arena req pack bundle while I was away from the controller and I want to be refunded, is this possible?
