Good day, Recruits. Welcome to the RedWatch Recruitment ad. RedWatch is a Unit within the R.E.D.D. or Royal Enforcer Deployment Division, a Division within the Imperial forces. REDD is a Faction in the War Simulation called Forerunner Conflict. We meet our opponents, the BLUEs or Brotherhood, on the field of battle every Sunday at 6 PM EST to defend and attack two Maps chosen by our Field Marshals from a list of 14 different Bungie and FC Community Made Maps off our WarMap. The object of our Conflict is to gain enough Maps to attack the opponents Capital Map directly. At the moment we have around 100 active members total. However, I am here to talk about RedWatch. RedWatch is a serious Unit I am forming, focusing on a medium amount of war-simulated roleplay as well as forming team-work and friendships. Meaning, you will be calling your Fireteam leaders “Sergeant!” and your Commanding Officer “sir!” We also have our own emblems to distinguish ourselves on the battlefield. Be proud of our emblem and Unit, and it will dignify who we are. For Enlisted soldiers within RedWatch it is a white Phoenix on a red shield in front of a white cross. Each soldier also gains a serial number to place as their waypoint to differentiate one another on the battlefield. The Roster goes as follows:

I am looking for a capable Commanding Officer and two Fireteam leaders to start off with, as well as several Enlisted to fill up the Fire Teams. We will also be having two practices at week at a minimum. It is mandatory that you make at LEAST one of them. Our Unit is to become family with one another, after a few weeks in, you’ll know your Fireteams strengths and weaknesses inside and out.
RedWatch also undergoes an elite METEOR training program. It is a several Phase Training Program designed to hone in on several skills, like precise Assault Rifle handling, grenade tricks, and team combat maneuvers such as Pincers, Flanks, and Wolfpack formations. METEOR is a three Phase process, each level advancing different skill sets.
