Reducing Siege on Air Units

In the next balance patch there needs to be a nerf to how fast air units can wipe out bases. It simply ruins games. Even when you’re under them firing they can still wipe a base. This is especially unfair to UNSC (Yes I know UNSC is overpowered a little right now) as they don’t have a cloaking device or shield generator to defend their bases. I’d also like to point out the difference in time to kill bases between air and other units. You can be attacking a base for like 20 seconds before the base health actually begins to fall with infantry and vehicles. Air would already be done with the base and on their way to their next with absolutely no way to keep up with them. I propose a 50% damage decrease to air unit’s siege. Games shouldn’t be decided by ridiculous base rushing…

Wow! 50%!? I mean they do need a slight need but let’s not let your frustration get the best of you. That is way to high of a need %.

This is the problem with a lot of posts. Gamers lose, get mad and then rant on the internet.

How is 50% too much? Being able to kill a base in 20 seconds vs 30 seconds? I’m not ranting. That’s realistic.

Are you talking about Banshees or hornets or sentinels? There’s at least 5 air units, be more specific.

Also if you’re talking about full pop then that’s another matter.

While I can understand the sentinels, as currently sentinels are very powerful, I haven’t really seen many problems with banshees.

I’ve tried to rush with banshees a few times and even against banished infsntry they seem quite weak. After the next patch we will be able to re evaluate what need tuning.

But for me, instead of increasing the health of bases, id say up the damage of turrets. They seem quite weak against most units
