Reduce Halo 5 Server Penalizing Banned System. ty

To 343 Industries and Microsoft Studios,

Can Halo 5 servers reduce the banning of players from Halo 5 servers in a penalizing matter? Because, I do not have the full 100% time into these games due to personal and/or other outside entities. I understand you want to keep it consistant for other players going up against each other, but things happen unexpectedly. Example: low battery, brown/blackouts in local area, etc.
