Boneyard is a great map, but its spawns make it so the only half the map is being used, why not open the map up by moving spawn locations for both player and veivhles.
With the firefight maps, why not include them into multiplayer? with correct spawn locations and abit of tweaking, it will open the veriety of non-forge maps cost-free.

Doesn’t matter if the quality of Firefight maps would exceed that of Forge maps; it is still impossible. During the beta, Overlook was designed as a Multiplayer map, but that was also the beta. In the final release, it was made into a Firefight map.

Firefight maps use different coding than multiplayer amps, thats why it can’t be done.
Also, the game type you are refering to in the beta was an early version of Firefight Versus/Genny Defense, without the extra Covvies. Just Spartans and Elites. It was just to test the Firefight network code.

Those MP games were secretly Firefight games – specifically, 3v3 Generator Defense with enemy AI disabled (but the synchronous netcode kept). It was a test for Campaign/FF netcode.
Anyway, converting the Firefight maps into MP maps would essentially require rebuilding most of the assets from scratch. Evidently, the setup for Firefight is extremely different from the setup for MP; either that, or combining the two would produce too large of a file. That was the impression I got from posts made by Jeremiah and by a Community Cartographer in Optimatch, anyway.
