The playlists could really be much more streamlined and organised to have a healthier population for every mode too.

Every social playlist would have a drop down list of the modes in the playlist. This list would allow the player to choose which modes to include in their search when playing that playlist.
This would eliminate the need to have so many playlists to accommodate for different modes, styles of play and multiple versions of the similar playlists to accommodate fireteam sizes.
Would also greatly help with population as people can search for as many modes as they like at a time without having to rely on people constantly playing the same playlist they want to.
Quickplay - Slayer, BR Slayer, Strongholds, Capture the Flag, King of the Hill, Oddball, One Flag, Land Grab, Attrition, Fiesta, Team Snipers (S7s Only), Kong Slayer, Ninja Slayer, Purple Reign, Rock N Repulsors, Rocket Dodgeball, etc.
Doubles - Slayer, Oddball, CtF, KOTH, Dodgeball, Team Snipers (S7s Only), Rock N Repulsors, Fiesta, Ninja Slayer, etc.
Rumble Pit - Slayer, HCS Slayer (8 Player HCS Settings), Ninja Slayer, Snipers (S7s Only), Vampire Oddball, Fiesta, Escalation Slayer (Gun Game), One in the Chamber (Tactical Slayer. Spawn with only one bullet. Kills grant a bullet.), Crazy King, Juggernaut, Kong Slayer, Purple Reign, etc.
Big Team Battle - Slayer, Stockpile, Total Control, CTF, Fiesta, Skockets, Team Snipers (S7s Only), Kong Slayer, Ninja Slayer, Purple Reign, etc.
Tactical Slayer - BR, Commando, Sidekick, Stalker, Mangler, etc.
Featured - Grifball, Infection, etc.
Ranked:
Arena (4v4) - Oddball, CTF, Strongholds, KOTH, Slayer

FFA (6 Player) - Slayer
Featured (Rotates possibly every 2 weeks) - 4v4 Attrition, 2v2 Dodgeball, 4v4 Snipers (S7s Only), 8 Player FFA Snipers (S7s Only), 4v4 Tactical Slayer, etc.
