Redeemed Twitch drop not showing in-game

This isn’t my first Twitch drop I’ve redeemed. I’ve done the warthog skins, the finger pointing spartan stance, and the HCS blue-red-white weapon skins completely fine with no issue. Currently, however, I do not have the Got Milked showing in my inventory and I redeemed that a couple days ago. Is there anything I can do to resolve this?

Same problem here. I contacted halo support and they said they can’t really do anything to resolve the issue, but they’ll pass along your info to 343i devs. I’d recommend making a halo support ticket so that 343i knows they yoinked this system up in a big way.

Mine just showed up today for Victory shout pose and it was done on May 23rd

I have the same issue you have, got the same things you did but I still don’t have the emblem nor the warthog skins

The Zeta Sky pre-order bonus suffers similar issues and it looks like many twitch-drops are having problems. We’re 7 months after release! These issues should be fixed!

I don’t know what exactly is going on, but I feel like part of it is hwo they have the codes go through Halo Waypoint and not the xbox store like everything else on PC and Xbox.

And this is why after those first twitch drops I stopped watching halo twitch promotions. Can’t seem to have it work all the time, yet any other game with drops you get the drops just fine with little to no issues.

This is the first time it’s been this bad for me. How did this get botched so badly…

All you can do is wait, not like the rewards are gamechangers so you can’t expect them to have this on the top of the list of things to fix. Got a reward today of a reward I redeemed almost 2 weeks ago so at least they’re coming.

Seems pointless to bother support at this point.

PS: Already more than 10 posts on this forum about it (the delays)…
EDIT: My last twitch drop took exactly 9 days to show up on waypoint. Hope this helps anyone know how long they might have to wait.
