Last night while playing Halo 5 on Arena I tried redeeming 10,000 points for a Gold Req Pack. While it was opening/loading my friend backed our team out of matchmaking and the req store froze and went to the main screen. I go to check my reqs and the points are gone and no gold pack. Is there anything that can be done?

Sign out of your Xbox live profile sign back in and give halo about 1-3 minutes to load your data (req points,Spartan rank etc).
