So I was so excited about getting my code that I put in my new email account instead of my old one which has my Halo 5 account on it.
I can prove that both accounts are mine, but this one I made right when I got my Xbox One. The other one I upgraded afterward and stuck with.
Am I screwed, or is there anyway I can swap the code to my other account?

For things like this, ask xbox support. I think they might be able to help.
Yes you will have to contact Xbox support. They wont be able to give you the code back but they can maybe transfer the content to the other account.
Contact xbox support, as it’s not really an issue with Halo itself.
I’d advise calling their support line and not using the email/live chat/twitter. They seem to outsource those so they’re useless.
