So, has anyone else had a redeemed code just not show up in-game? I put in a code for the “Zeta Sky” AR skin, redeemed it successfully, and have not had it show up in my list of available coatings for about 2 days now. It even shows up in my Halo Waypoint Redemption history. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’m having the same issue with the Zeta Sky Assault Rifle Weapon Coating. I entered the code from GameStop, redeemed it, and it’s not showing up my inventory for the AR.

It never showed up for me, and 343 never responded to my ticket. I had to just track down a different code to get it to work properly.
Good to know that I’m not the only one with this issue. Strangly enough I got the MK50 Sidekick coating but so far nothing I was offered in the pre-order image was obtained which sucks bc I like the ar coating.
I just realized I have the Sidekick coating too. Even though HaloWayPoint says the code was for the MA40, maybe it was accidentally coded by 343 to unlock the Zeta Sky Sidekick coating (which was for Walmart pre-orders, GameStop was the MA40).

Not sure how to fix it, but the support team responded to my ticket saying that it’s been documented as an issue and should be fixed at some point. No ETA.

I had the exact same problem for Halo Infinite. You have to go into Xbox store and download the free game (do not pay for anything). Once that downloads, if you’ve redeemed the code successfully on halowaypoint.com to your account, the game campaign will be available in the game.

I’m having the same issue. Waypoint says the Zeta Sky AR Weapon Coating has been redeemed but doesn’t show up in-game

Check if you have the sidekick skin. I’ve noticed a pattern that people who don’t get what was promised only get the sidekick skin.

Yeah I’ve got the Sidekick, BR, and Commando Zeta Sky coatings in-game.
Waypoint says I should have those 3 coatings + the Zeta Sky AR coating, but the AR coating simply isn’t available in-game
