I bought the Master Chief controller that comes with the REQ pack code for the Dauntless visor. The pack isn’t showing up under requisitions, and Xbox support was no help. They told me to come here and ask. Any ideas??

Of course not, I mean to buy them with the req points, not with real money. I have all the armors and visors unlocked and never buy a pack with real money.

I know what you mean and yeah you can obtain these previously exclusive items as random drops now but that is still little comfort for the people who bought Halo 5 products that advertised a specific DLC offer but cannot access it because the in-game redemption system is currently broken and 343 are not providing adequate support to paying customers.
Telling a customer they get something if they spend their hard earned bucks on a particular product but then not giving them said bonus is false and misleading advertising.

Completely agree, in this case there are no legal instances that can be used? I mean, maybe it’s extreme, but maybe 343 pay more attention to these issues.
