So i redeemed the code and i still haven’t received the new specializations. It’s been about an hour now. Jw if i need to do something else
This happened to me too. It fixed itself when I reset my console. (I was also missing DLC armour, which also came back).
If not, I guess you could check your account download history, and re-download the specializations bonus?
You need to go to account > download history > download the data for specs
