So I purchased two copies of the game, one that came with the console and one physical copy of the game, since I like having discs. I redeemed one of the warzone req bundles at launch and since then went through the 7 weeks without problem. I had read previously that only one warzone req bundle could be active on an account at a time, thinking “That makes sense, otherwise people would just buy a ton of the packs and get 10 or so per week and have crazy unlocks.”, so I held off on redeeming the second code.
Some two weeks ago I redeemed the second code, once the initial seven weeks was up, expecting to get two more req packs a week for an additional seven weeks, but no such luck. At the time, it was just before the release of Cartographer’s gift, so I figured that maybe there was a delay because of that. Another week passed and still no warzone req packs.
So from there I started browsing the forums, and now I’m reading that people are saying you can only redeem a bundle once per account, not just have one active at a time. Obviously this upsets me a little bit, since had I known that from the beginning I could have given it to a friend or used it on a second account. I’m also reading that 343i will be contacting those that redeemed multiple packs. So I guess, has there been confirmation that you can only have one bundle on an account ever, and furthermore, has there been confirmation as to a date and method for how 343 will contact players who redeemed more than one pack? I’d obviously like to get the lost content back if I could…
