Hello, with the 20th anniversary event there is a lot of cool rewards available for a week on the MCC shop.
Unfortunately i will not have access to my xbox during from decembee 22 to january 1st. I’m looking for a way to redeem the items on the shop (specially the grunt plushy) without physical access to my MCC game.
Halo waypoint doesn’t seems to allow that. Do you any any other idea ?

If you have Game Pass Ultimate you can stream MCC to your phone and buy it quickly. A wifi connection and controller are required.
I hate this limited time offer stuff. It’s done to incentivize people starting up the game each week.
The grunt plushie will be available again later but there is no publicly available date. 343i is clearly still designing their games to have FOMO.

at this point, it makes no sense in MCC now that infinites out. they’re not prototyping this stuff for that games Monetization anymore, so keeping the FOMO just for the sake of keeping the FOMO is increasingly reductive to the collection as a whole.
When things are added to the Exchange, they should be tied to XP Rank and available on a list at any time for a reasonable amount of SP permanently, just as was done in Reach’s 360 launch.
Timed Seasonal Unlocks should have their associated challenges available at all times for people to complete at their own pace like Achievements, just as was done with Halo 3’s 360 launch.
I will probably not be able to connect to my xbox, but i’l have access to my brother’s gaming computer. Maybe if i use the free month of Game Pass i could install halo MCC on this PC, login with my gamertag and redeem the items ?
So long as you log in using the same Xbox Live account that you use on console then it will work.
I would say cloud play could work as well. You need a controller and Ultimate, but that’s better than having to DL the whole ‘-Yoink!-’ MCC (PC Xbox app is dog water)
