I just got the Halo 5 Guardian and entered my 25 digit code. It shows that it is redeemed, but it has not downloaded to my system. Where is it? How can I get it to load?
If the download hasn’t started yet, you should be able to manually start it by going to the xbox store. There should be an option to install from there

Please don’t bump your post like that. Go to the Store tab on your Xbox One and search for Halo 5, if the code has indeed been redeemed on to your account it should say ‘Install’ instead of buy

Sorry Im just frustrated with this. This is where XBOX support told me to get help. They looked and shows that the code was redeemed but didn’t download.
I have the same issue. Says redeemed. Won’t download. Go to game in store says to buy for 59.99. Yet it won’t allow me to get the game. Total rip off. So much for my push for Xbox. I’ll go back to PlayStation
