Seriously, has anyone on here ever seen BS Angel post in a thread other than the occasional, once a week post in a sticky?
That’s pathetic. The old employees at Bungie were far more accomadating of their community, regular bulletins, an easy to use website, even actual communication with their customers.
BS Angel is probably paid some exorbitant sum of money to be a “Community Manager”, yet what does she actually do? She is doing a pretty bad job of managing this “Community”, if you can call it that.
We have received no communication from her regarding the spec codes many, including myself, have still not received despite being told they have all been sent out. The only communication i got was my thread being locked, along with a cold, emotionless post that all codes had been distributed.
Care to elaborate? I am also reposting you for your useless post/spam with no actual value of discussion.
the OP just wants to be heard as a community, and right now, we are not receiving much answers here in the forums by the 343 staff. and like he said, Bungie used to reply to the community in the forums every now and then on a daily basis.

343 is bad with the community. Not so much bs angel, but the rest of 343 are either dumb as -Yoink- or are soulless -Yoinks!-. Some of the things they did/didn’t do should never ship with/happen to a AAA title under any circumstances.
As community manager, she is responsible for communicating with us and informing us of 343’s decisions.
The video games industry is one that requires significant community participation, unlike the OS industry that -Yoink!- is from. I suspect this may be creating this attitude of silence.
I suspect 343 is purposefully silent on such issues, in the lat 2 days, which have seen the most monumental Yoink! ups to date, Bs Angel, so called community manager, has not tweeted a thing.

I thought 343i didn’t have one. That would explain the lack of community support, especially compared to other companies that have a community manager position.
Well have to take into account the amount of people complaining that she can’t respond to everyone. I can imagine over time community managers will interact more with the fanbase.
Well I hope they will.

Really tells you something about 343’s competence. An active forum member unaware that there even was a community manager. Great job Bs Angel, you are really keeping a high profile in the community!
Good sir, as you stated in your opinion “BSAngel is a bad community manager and never tweets/communicates with the community.” It seems you have issues with communications, as you logged into these very forums to communicate your opinion on a subject about communication. You seemed to miss a big communication from BSAngel on the subject of these -Yoink- ups.

There is indeed a large volume of people complaining.
So many infact that she hasnt even bothered to tweet in 2 days. Not even to give us the slightest hint that 343 was fixing any of the problems.
Everyone is entitled to thier own opinion, but I do think us who use the forums should get messages on here more often than we do. We are on here to show support and help point things out, why is twitter dominant? Because it has apps on phones? Idk I just feel like they tend to ignore the forums over tweets
