Its called console ban. Heard of it? MS has a pretty good system of tracking modded xboxs and banning them. They can just cban him on the console linked to his tag.

Heard of playing offline?, microsoft can’t track if you have a modded console if you are offline…

Even if he plays offline, I’m sure that Microsoft can easily get his personal info and track him down. I think out of all the idiots I’ve met on Waypoint, you’re the biggest one of the lot.
