I dont think Revival is the main menu theme, or atleast I didnt think it was, it was said Arrival would be but eh Revival is catchy if it is. Not what I would of used as a main menu theme, that deserves to stay in game as it is evidently a song with a huge moment surrounding it.

One thing I am thankful for is that 343i seems to know how to make a proper Halo game and add a unique story to it as well as addicting gameplay.

How did the poster get hold of it? It’s not part of Halo 4’s OST (it’s definitely legit, though). I suspect that this was recorded from leaked footage.
I had my reservations about the new soundtrack, after I disliked the Solace sample (which I assumed to be the only emotional piece on the OST), but after hearing this, all doubt is gone. Anyone who remixes Never Forget well is a great composer to me. Welcome to the Halo legacy, Neil Davidge.
Well there are songs in Halo 3 which aren’t part of the OST to be fair. But it’s good to see that song back again, it really is an emotional piece.

Never Forget is one of my favourite Halo tracks ever. I’m so glad that it will return for Halo 4. :’)

No, my point was that since Never Forget isn’t part of the OST (unless they hid it away in one of the longer songs), it must have been taken from the game itself. To the best of my knowledge (correct me if I’m wrong) no trailer, vidoc, 343i interview, or any other source has played this piece before. Therefore, it must have been recorded from the game itself, and the game isn’t out yet. See where I’m going with this?
At any rate, I’m glad I was able to listen to it before the video gets taken down. It’s really a beautiful song. Someone should make a Youtube video where they show how far Halo has gone over the years, and have the different iterations of this piece (Unforgotten, Halo 3’s Never Forget, Halo 4’s Never Forget) play throughout.
