we dont take kindly to you folk round here

why because i happened to have in extra locus code ???

i no i can’t use it so why not give it to someone that can ???

If you don’t find someone with a deadeye code, please consider sending it to me as a Christmas gift; there isn’t a 711 within 80 miles of me (it even told me so in the App) and I’d certainly appreciate it.

I believe he’s referring to the fact that you’re trying to sell / trade your code on the forums, which apparently is against the rules.

If you were giving it away for free, that might be different, but I think even that is frowned upon. shrug

to be honest, I’d much rather be in your position.

I have a couple of participating 7-11’s that are a somewhat reasonable distance away, but after driving there multiple times and having the app crash my phone every single time, I gave up. It really sucks too, because that was almost a month ago now, before it became as widespread as it is now. All we can hope for, is that eventually a Glyph Sequence is released that allows everyone to have access to it.

what really that’s sad

IDK HOW TO DELETE THIS POST OFF THE FORUMS …

SOOO PLZ DON’T BAN ME IDK YOU COULD OFFER A CODE ON HERE

Yeah, I kind of agree. I mean, if you were saying, “hey, I have this code and I’ll sell it for X dollars,” which is EXACTLY what is happening on eBay right now, then sure I could understand them getting upset. However, if you have an extra code and want to trade with someone, why not? It’s a win-win for both parties, right? Well, the truth is, it’s not really the trading they’re against, it’s the scammers who take people’s things and give them nothing in return. There is no way to make sure that either person is legit, and if something goes badly, it can be a real headache for everyone, including 343i / Microsoft since these are their forums.

So yeah- you’re not really doing anything wrong, but because there’s no way to guarantee an honest, positive “transaction,” they will continue to not allow ANY kind of trading and/or selling to occur.

Trading is not allowed on the forums
