Greetings Operatives!
ONI Section [REDACTED]'s Fireteam [REDACTED] has recently reclaimed some stolen equipment found aboard a derelict freighter. My chain of command has authorized mass redistribution of the seized goods to UNSC Spartan operatives. To ease the distribution, the equipment has been bundled in convenient packages colloquially known as “Platinum Requisition Packs”. Up to 31 “Platinum Requisition Packs”, enough to arm a small fireteam, could be issued.
To make this distribution interesting, I have decided to make it a bit challenging. One of our field operative has found a worrying amount of demeaning graffiti (see Exhibit A) at the Promesa research center on Andesia. Our analysts have dubbed this design “United Nations Space Chicken”.
Exhibit A
Your mission will be to find as many of these graffiti hidden in the plaza. We require this critical information as those marked areas could serve as meeting points for insurrectionist supporters. To help keeping track of your findings, a detailed map of the area can be accessed here:

Please note your findings in the following format: “Location: number of graffiti found”. Example:
Tunnel: 2
Café: 1
Etc.
Once you think you have all/most of them, send me a direct message with your findings via Waypoint. This contest is open until 1800 EST on the 18th of March. The winner will be based on the number of graffiti found. Proofs may be requested. Should there be a tie, whoever will have submitted his answer first shall have the upper hand. The prizes will be distributed as followed:
1st Place: 10 packs
2nd Place: 8 packs
3rd Place: 6 packs
4th to 10th Place: 1 pack
Please keep in mind that current operation tempo does not allow me to check on the Waypoint network often. Feel free to ask any question here; I will answer it as soon as possible (should the answer not be classified).

In the Plaza level itself. The topdown map is only provided as a tool. I have used my own copy to mark the location of the UNSChickens, abd to make sure I did not count any of them twice.

I found some now. Just happened to spawn right in front of one.
Was looking for more of a poster sized thing and clear like your image. I am surprised how many are on pipes and stuff above you.
