I’m not a fan of the threat detection system. I really think it should be replaced with forced red or blue. I know you want to highlight character individuality. (AKA make the kids who used their parents credit card to buy the battlepass feel cool, and everyone else jealous they didn’t spend their hard earned cash. But I’ve encountered several situations were I didn’t react immediately because I though the other Spartan was a friendly. As someone who is mildly colour blind this is a handicap. Solid red and solid blue are very distinct. Save custom armor for FFA.
Yeah I agree… red vs blue wasn’t broke, so why did they fix it? Makes no sense, do they not want people to hide in shadows which they can do anyhow?
They should have separate coating slots for your team colour.
There could be 10-20 coatings that are predominantly shades of red and blue, with some light use of other colours as well.
That way, we can have RvB back, but also the player expression.

It was absolutely not broken. I know I was a bit salty in my take. But there is no way the decision wasn’t based on monetization tactics. I can’t see any other reason for it.
