Red vs Blue secrets; underused, overused or..

Simple, what is your feeling on the Red vs Blue secrets that are dotted in Spartan Ops episodes? Do you like them? Do you hate them? Are they memorable?

Personally I think using the RvB guys are underused. I mean its great to see consistency from the RvB guys in Halo games like in Halo 3 it was out of the way and a neat little secret.

But so far what is the point hitting the thing? It changes a few lines and that pretty much it. Granted its not evasive and doesn’t take people out of the Halo experience but if they are putting them in there for fans of the series which most Halo fans are and on top 343i are putting them in obscure locations. Surely they should be more depth then just a few lines change.

Personally, and this is not affected by COD, but RvB has some awesome songs from their soundtracks like; Revelation Suite OST Version, Red vs Blue OST version, Falling towards the sky, Can’t Trust Anybody Now, Mental Meta metal, Fragments etc. Now wouldn’t it have been cool during one of those moments like when they drop the mantis’, that one of the above songs kicked in pumping us into battle especially considering its a long fight.

I also believe that it would be cool if there was an end reason for activating these, like at the every end of Spartan Ops for Halo 4 you unlock a bonus level, where you have to collect a flag from each base lets say because of mystical properties and that the Battle Creek Grunts appear and you have to defend the flag on waves until pick up arrives.

What’s your thoughts?

have not completed all SO missions
but so far I like that they put them in
