Red Text Error: File upload to server failed.

Got an error that says in red text:

“File upload to server failed. Please vists the Halo: The Master Chief Collection site and report this. (Safe to reboot)”

I got the same thing in multiplayer, they said report it on this website, where do i do that? also matchmaking is painfully slow.

Meh, never got any more information on this. Such is life.

I’ve only had this happen during campaign. It’s happened twice (so far), and both times it was playing Halo 4 and both times it was after finishing a level and loading the next one.
