Red Imperial Union - Recruitment

Hello, I’m K27R.

For the first time ever, I’d like to invite you to join the ‘Red Imperial Union’!

For the past 3 years the Red Imperial Union (RIU) used to be dedicated to “Blood-Members” only. This policy has now changed and is now open for public recruitment in Halo 5.

Questions …

“What is your clan’s goal?”

Once you sign up to the Red Imperial Union, your goal is to serve the Clan Master, K27R. My goal for this clan, is absolute domination.

We specialise in Stealth, Command and Conquer tactics, Espionage, Sabotage, Law and Order (within the clan), Strategy, Physical Strength.

We prioritize hosting Fun & Unique Custom Games for the public.

“How do I join?”

When you enter the RIU’s Recruitment Centre, you will be identified as a “Suspect”. This means you will be considered unworthy and dangerous until proven trustworthy.

Ulike most clans, you will not be recruited after a simple interview.

To prove you are trustworthy either the Clan Master or a General will question you. If you qualify, you will then undergo a test (if you agree). If you past this test you will then become an enlisted “Recruit” and welcomed into the RIU after a ceremony of welcoming. However, your rank is low and you have limited access throughout the Recruitment Facilities.

“How do I rank up in your clan?”

You must pass two more tests that will determine if you are worthy.

“What are the three tests?”

Test 1: Endurance.

You will be put into severe isolation in-game for 1 hour.

The reason for this is to determine if you are truly committed to serving the clan’s interests.

Test 2: Teamwork

Once you have been recruited you will be required undertake intense training. You will primarily be instructed to fight on maps created by K27R.

This test is only available once there are 16 players available to play.

Be prepared; there is much blood to be spilled.

Test 3: Obedience

In this test you must prove your dedication to the clan! This is done by obeying each and every order K27R commands. Training begins at the RIU base and will proceed via Warzone. Any form of disobedience or lack of ability to follow commands is not tolerated.

“What happens if I complete all 3 tests?”

You will be ranked up and identified as a “Soldier” within the clan. As a soldier you will then be granted access into the special relaxation zones within the RIU base. Your training will also broaden your perspective and combat skills, and greater respect will be given to you.

“What are all the Ranks?”

5: Suspect

4: Recruit

3: Soldier

2: General

1: Clan Master

Other roles include Gate Keeper, Bodyguard, Assassin, Volunteer,

“Can I become a Clan Master?”

Unfortunately no. This is the highest seat of power within the clan and can only be inherited by a blood member.

“How do I become a General?”

How to become a General is not yet determined. It is possible that it can be earned with time, trust, dedication and negotiation.

“What are the rules of the RIU?”

Rule #1: You must whole-heartedly serve and obey the Clan Master.

Rule #2: No strong profanity or dirty sexual references.

Rule #3: Pronounce the Clan Master’s name correctly. It is pronounced “Kay Two Seven Arr”, not “Kay Twenty Seven Arr”.

More rules will follow…

“What happens if I break a rule/commit a crime?”

The RIU will hold a court on your behalf and judgement will reign down upon you. If you are sentenced by the ‘Red Court’ you may face one or more of the following penalties:

  • Isolation

  • Jail

  • Execution

  • Banishment (worse case scenario only)

  • Rank stripped

  • Forgiveness

  • Sacrifice

  • Torture

  • Lock-Out (if you do not agree to pay for your crimes you will be temporarily ignored.)

  • Freeze (you’re rank, respect, accessibility and so on will not be valid until further pending judgement.)

NOTE: These punishments are not as violent as they sound and may actually be quite a hilarious and joyful process!

“Is your clan hosting or participating in any tournaments?”

At the moment, no.

“What other games does the RIU play?”

The RIU Clan is only playing Halo 5. Other games outside the clan include Sea of Thieves, MCC, Halo Wars, Battlefield and more.

“Do I need to make any changes to my eblem, armor, tag etc?”

No, you are not required to change anything but it is commendable. This policy is subject to change in the near future.

More importantly as a person who is extremely passionate about gamertags, it is strongly advisable that you have a ‘Simple’, ‘Unique’ gamertag that is easy to read, identify, and pronounce and that you happily identify as. This isn’t mandatory though.

Example of good gamertags: The Act Man, Deathless Duke, A Fat Bunny, Frixa, Elderado, Spicy Meat Pie, Holocuzzin, Maxta, Toe Jam, Deftly, Vercom, Chowdow…

Example of bad gamertags: XxNinjaAssassinxX, SkullChief79, masterchief117, k1ller343, snakeV3N0M, eagle merchant, 467jonny, halochief1, 0o0Charisma0o0, theF4TTESTtoad…

”Why should I join your clan?”

Because my clan is awesome! And I have a very cool base to show off. We host fun custom games and you will be playing with strong, well equipped and disciplined soldiers.

The clan is also open to anyone assisting the clan in obtaining the Archilles {ARMOUR}.

If you have any more questions please ask. Equally, feel free to join the “RIU Recruitment” in the custom games lobby and learn more there if you’re interested.

FAQ: Why do you have a flag of the Soviet Union?

(Fun fact: Simply the mere acknowledgement and recognition of the flag is evidence enough to prove the USSR was a true superpower)

I personally created the flag by scratch for another map; Moscow.

We are not associated with any other USSR clans but we are lenient towards that direction.
