So lately I have been in the midst of writing a nice machinima series known currently as ‘Halo: The Bloodline’, but I have run into a snag. I’m lacking voice actors and body actors who are trustworthy and dedicated enough in order to take up the task of working on a machinima. So I thought I’d reach out to the Halo community and ask for your assistance to help create this machinima.
In terms of story line, here is a brief synopsis:
In the year 2558, SPARTAN – 022 COOPER has been broken out of prison by a mysterious ONI official known as Agent Xander in order to assist the research group known as ‘Division 8’: experts in Covenant and Forerunner technology.
Trust will be drawn in the group as all members have a past and secret agenda of their own to fulfil. Alliances shall be forged, and a group of rogues watches all from the shadows. In Halo: The Bloodline, the search for truth and revelation begins.
Currently, there are 4 characters up for grabs: 3 male, 1 female. All of these characters are central to the plot and main characters that need filling ASAP. The roles are:
1: Ghost. Specialist in CQC (Close Quarters Combat) and all forms of weaponry. Rarely a talker, but when he does, all those around him listen to his wisdom from experience.
2: Sky. She is the ‘smart’ A.I. created specifically for Division 8 to control their frigate, the UNSC ‘Outlaw’. Sky is sassy, childish and playful, but has the tendency to snap harsh words to troublemakers. Has the ability to jump into an artificial body to help with hands on operations.
3: Davy. An old ally of Cooper, and a trainee sniper. Trainee meaning, due to 15 years in service as a SPARTAN – III, he still can’t shoot straight. He has a golden heart though, despite cracking immature jokes now and again, and will be a loyal ally to Division 8 till the end.
4: Keenan. The techie and lead scientist of Division 8. He engrosses himself in Forerunner technology, and has a great passion for decoding their civilisation and history. He was selected to be in the Division due to this passion, but his obsession can be an annoyance at times; he is particularly obsessed with how the SPARTANs have developed, taking a keen interest in the SPARTAN-II project.
