It’s a grind: to get members you need a critical mass playing the game, and to get critical mass you need members. My advice: join up with other Spartan Companies with similar aims and objectives: united we stand, divided we fall.
Anyone have any clans I may join I am very interested in joining a military based clan but I would prefer it to be very relaxed as well and not so uptight

They do exist, but they’re fewer and far between - the natural direction of a military and a casual clan are fairly divergent. Which part are you prioritising: the casual or the military?
I’ve been in a military clan in reach and it was pretty fun but soon turned into people yelling at me and demanding I call them sir. I don’t want that again it was rather cringey and frustrating. I am looking for people to raid other clans with and play both casual and competitive multi player
