We also are very organized with a simple ranking system such as when you first join you are a recruit, till’ you beat the boot camp I have put together. We also do train. Then we move you to a lieutenant. Followed by that is a Major. Finally the leader. You can rank quickly or slowly depending on time on and loyalty. If you do make it past there I will put you into a new leading group. Hope this helped you and thanks for letting me take some of your time!
