I’m on halo and everyone is a recruit even me. Is this just a server issue? Because I am actually a legend, and it even says I am.

Lots of other ppl are recruits too.

Yeap server issue and its 343I telling all you Wallmart connection owners to get better connection, anything below 8 mb up these days are realy bad heck anything below 50 MB up is bad for all of us.
PS: Get better connection and that stuff wont happen.

Well it fixed itself. So it is not there.
