This game has a system to know whether or not you get booted, intentionally leave or lose connection, so it shouldn’t be that hard to re-add you to your previous game, hopefully with the same stats/progression you previously had because lets face it, these games are long, and your network and my internet isn’t perfect, lag spikes will happen and services will be disrupted, XBL’s services tend to be in the orange more than it’s in green so your game system should be more lenient.
Lets face it, you are playing Warzone and you are in the last 3/4’s of the game and you get booted; makes you feel like crap, you essentially wasted 15 mins of your gaming time with no possible reimbursement and it makes you not want to play the game anymore. So I implore 343i to try and fix your system to allow for a instant re-connect. Seems like a no-brainer to me, it sucks so bad to lose connection to a game.
And to be honest, Halo 5’s network seems a little unstable at times considering 25% of the time after each game I can’t retrieve my game stats. I played 3 breakout games today and go no credit for completion and still stuck at 1/10 until I can be ranked in the playlist.

To be clear, my internet is a good 25 down 2.6 up and Halo is the only game I get DC’d from. Only been DC’d from destiny a handful of times in the year I played.
I agree I just lagged out of a warzone match after I spent 2 scorpion tanks and for what I came to the forum to complain about lag but this works ! Especially if you’re playing with friends and there still in the game

Yeah, the JIP doesn’t work anyway. I que up to join my friend who said their is an open spot and I never join. It’s worked once in about 15 times I’ve tried. The moment there is a spot it should let me join instantly.
They should give you the chance to rejoin any game if you get booted so you have a chance to cancel the quit for no punishment.
Surprisingly though my internet normally has trouble with most games but I don’t have any with halo 5. I don’t know if my provider is just great or Halo 5 servers are actually better than other games.

As long as you were not booted for betrayals then yeah.
Yeah, there should be a rejoin option. Was doing fairly ok and then had internet issues if I’m back let me play it, the game is still going on!

Destiny has this very feature and it works great, Halo should too.

The betrayal booting system is garbage, though. Let’s be real. All another team has to do is get a single shot on your teammate, then you can stick him, or whatever. They get credit for the kill.

Ya but we’re not talking about the booting system all we’re asking is if we lagout give us the option to rejoin that game
Again I used a mantis this time and lagged out 342 needs to fix the bugs in their servers
yes please make an auto reconnect… however if you had a bad enough connection to get disconnected you can ruin the experience the other players.
