Is there any other way to get recon nowadays besides bungie or 343 giving it out in waves? Ive been waiting for a while. And also why doesn’t everyone play halo 3? It still beats every other game out there
Sadly not, you just have to wait until 343i start releasing it in waves again.

They gradually unlock it in waves to new players (however, they haven’t done it since Halo 4 launched AFAIK).
You’ll have to wait until they start doing it again sadly 
Highly doubtful they’ll go back and unlock the next wave…
