Hello everyone, as my username suggests, I would like to know how to get the recon SURG skin. If anyone could help, that would be great!!!
Complete Covenant Loadout Mastery. Just Master every Covenant Loadout weapon (Storm Rifle, Carbine, Plasma Pistol, Plasma Grenade).
EDIT: It really isn’t worth actively working towards. Just stick with regular Recon.
You can get the SURG skin by getting master on all covenant loadout weapon commendations.

You can get kills with the Plasma Pistol easily if you kill people with no shields… You’ll have to kill steal. For the Storm Rifle, put on the perk which makes overheating happen slower, (Dexterity does this, I think.) a Storm Rifle will not be able to kill without it.
I’m pretty sure it is covie loadout mastery.

Completely false. Ive been playing with the SR alot lately, and have been getting 12-15 kills a game. With it as my TOD easily.
I get more kills with the Storm Rifle then the Suppressor anyday. Getting kills with a PP would be hard though…
I myself use Ammo with the Storm Rifle, but Dexterity works as well. Hard to ignore 150% SR lol.
PP will require patience and a little bit of disregard for your K/D, but should totally be worth it.
I’ve worn Recon since H3. Got Surg a few weeks ago.
Tips:
Carbine is the Perfect weapon for Haven. (always use frags with carbine).
Storm Rifle is perfect for Abandon. Try not to even miss one shot with the Storm rifle, It’s not as forgiving as the AR’s 12 shots a second. (I got most of mine in Regicide)
Plasma grenades: should be equipped every time you play BTB. Emp vehicles with PLasma pistol and finish them with 2 stickies.
Plasma Pistol: if you spam the pistol twice. then melee them. It will only take one more plasma pistol bolt to kill them. (by far the most difficult to get)
