Hey, I’ve actually been pretty active on Halo 3 lately and I was wondering if I can still get recon armor. I don’t know if there’s a list or anything I have to sign. Thanks.

Not completely true, once you’ve started up Halo 3 for the first time, you have to wait until 343 unlock it for you, which is done in waves, how common they are isn’t known after Halo 4 released.

If you haven’t got Recon within 30 days of playing a game on Halo 3, contact either bs angel or rukizzel on the forums, they’ll be able to help you out.

I don’t have Recon yet… I have the Mythic disc for halo 3, does that affect it?

I was going to do the vidmasters, but I realized that there’s no unlock recon button anymore.

I got endure (my last Vidmaster) in February and when I logged into halo 3 I had it.

Please do not revive old posts, its against forum rules.

And to answer you comment, 343 have already stated not long ago that Recon armour in Halo 3 is not longer available, no matter how many Vidmaster achievements you get.
