sigh For three weeks, I have been juggled Around between Bungie, Microsoft, and gamestop, and no one is able to help me.
I got Halo Reach, with the Recon Helmet DLC, however, When I tried to redeem the code on the card, It was invalid. I looked up in the FAQ about it, and it said to contact Xbox support. I did so, and they said the code had been already used! So I contacted GameStop (Thats where I got the game) and they said they cant do anything about it, and contact the manufacturer…
So Back to Bungie I presume, and the cycle repeats…
You have a receipt, you tell them, AT GAMESTOP, to gimme a new game now and you will not leave because this is your right as a paying customer, demand to see the manager, and refuse to take no as an answer. Threaten to report them to the BBB and Corporate.

Thats a bit overkill >.> Besides, The nearest GameStop is over 2 hours away.
Message someone at 343 and ask if they can help and tell them you have everything including the receipt. They might be able to help you out. PM BS Angel if you have too, but I agree, you bought the game and you should get what you pay for.

Problem is, I dont have the receipt anymore. Dog got into my Receipt folder, and tore everything to pieces. My Xbox Receipt, TV Receipt, and 30 other Receipts including my Reach Receipt.

Yeah code generators ruin things like that for us people who actually pay for the item.
