I know Recon scheme is confirmed, but I’ve got to ask this: do I have to hold Right Stick (RS) to use Smart Scope, or I can press it to turn on/off the scoping?

I’m not sure we have this information yet. In H4 you have these two options, maybe they will keep them.
In recent Halo games, “zoom toggle” has always been an option from the controls menu. So if it is hold to zoom by default, you can change it to toggle if that is what you prefer, regardless of which controller layout you are using.
Does anyone know if Bumper Jumper is in the game or not?

I’m for sure playing recon. Left trigger MUST be grenades for me, and B MUST be melee.
